6 months later - I sold that brand for $500,000 and retained a minority equity stake.
Remember… I didn’t use any of my own cash to acquire this brand… this was technically an infinite return… crazy right? That’s the power of acquisitions and dealmaking! I documented this entire process from A-Z so that I can systematically guarantee predictable and sustainable cash flow from acquiring equity in brands, scaling them using our proven growth playbook, and selling them for insane profits!
